Migration Options for Website Customers

For many small businesses, coupling email service with their website hosting is the most cost-effective option. At the same time, when launching a new corporate website, this may not be the best time to open the door for any potential issues with email connectivity, particularly when domain adjustments are being made, and/or the website hosting is moving to a new service.

We have deployed and migrated hundreds of websites and email accounts over the years with little to no interruption in service, but even despite our track record, we still encourage our customers to consider the options prior to migrating their email service.

  • Website hosts specialize in hosting websites, not email. Many 3rd party email providers offer far superior email handling and functionality for little or no cost depending on the number of accounts needed.
  • If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it. - If your current email service is set up with a number of accounts already Intellect Solutions Inc. can assist you with keeping your current email hosting, while forwarding website traffic to your new website hosting.
